To Insure proper response in the quickest time:

* For GENERAL QUESTIONS/COMMENTS regarding your unit, condo property, rules and regulations, internet issues, etc.

* Your email will be answered within 24 hours

* For EMERGENCIES such as water leaks, electrical issues outside of your condo, gas leaks, etc.

* Call 540-589-2708. Do not text.

* You will receive a call-back immediately

* Internet issues are not an emergency issue

* In case of FIRE, call 911

* Please do not call or text Tim Graham, Ed Cimler or any Board Member directly. Use the Condo website for communications.

* Board members and Tim Graham are not authorized to open your condo for renters or service contractors if a key is lost or not presented

* All questions regarding the pool, marina and access through gates should be directed to the Stripers Landing Comprehensive Association.
